Built for residential communities

Your community. Your facilities. No fuss.

Check when the court is free, book your time and keep the group chat for conversation. ZonaVecina brings your community’s facilities, schedules and bookings together in a private space.

How it works

From “is it free?” to having your time booked.

You need an account and access to your community. Every booking then follows the rules set by its administrator.

  1. Join your community

Create an account with email or Google and complete your profile. If your community already uses ZonaVecina, ask an administrator for an invitation link or code. Your access is associated with that community and your home.

  2. Check and choose

Open bookings and select a facility and a day. Check the available times and permitted duration. Opening hours, advance-booking windows and daily or weekly limits depend on your community’s configuration.

  3. Confirm and plan

Review your time before confirming. If somebody else books it first, you will need to choose another time: availability is checked when saving. You can then review your booking and cancel an active booking before it starts if you no longer need it.

For your community

A place and permissions for everyone.

Residents need to book. Administrators need to prepare the space so everyone can do so. ZonaVecina separates those responsibilities.

For residents

  • Access the communities you belong to.
  • Check their facilities, schedules and availability.
  • Create bookings and review or cancel the ones you manage.
  • Export a booking to your calendar and configure reminder preferences.

For community administrators

  • Create the community and prepare member access.
  • Organize homes and share invitations with authorized people.
  • Configure facilities, schedules, durations and booking limits.
  • Manage members and roles, and bookings that need administrative attention.

Your facilities. Your rules.

Communities organize bookings differently. These are the settings available for each facility:

ZonaVecina organizes bookings; it does not replace your community’s usage rules, maintenance closures or safety decisions.

Opening hours
Choose the days the facility is available and its opening and closing times. No time slots are offered outside that schedule.
Booking duration
Configure fixed-duration bookings or a flexible duration with a maximum, depending on how your facility is organized.
Advance booking and limits
Set how many days ahead people can book, plus daily and weekly limits per user. The same conditions then apply when booking.
Facilities and context
Identify each space with a name and, optionally, an image. Courts, pools and other shared facilities can use the same booking workflow.

Frequently asked questions

Need a hand?
Do I have to pay to use ZonaVecina?

The current service has no subscription fee for residents or communities. This does not include community fees or other costs associated with your facilities.

My community is not on ZonaVecina yet. How do we start?

An authorized person can create an account, create the community and configure its facilities. They can then invite residents. Creating an account alone does not give access to somebody else’s community.

Why can’t I see a time slot or make a booking?

It may be occupied, outside opening hours or the advance-booking window, or exceed a booking limit. Refresh availability and check the rules. If they do not match what you expect, contact your community administrator.

What if two residents choose the same time?

Selecting a time does not reserve it on its own. Availability is checked when you confirm. If another booking gets there first, the app reports the conflict so you can choose another time.

Can I cancel or add a booking to my calendar?

You can review your bookings and cancel an active booking before it starts. You can also export it to a personal calendar. If you later cancel or change it, check the exported copy: it is not an automatic synchronization.

Does it work on mobile? Do I need an Internet connection?

Use the website in your browser or the Android app. You need a connection to check current availability and confirm bookings. Local Android reminders depend on your preferences and device permissions.

Can I belong to several communities?

Yes. One account can belong to several communities. Each keeps its own members, facilities and rules; access to one does not grant access to the others.

Where can I get help or delete my account?

The Support page provides contact details and explains what to include when reporting an issue. Delete account explains how to request closure and what happens to your data. Never email passwords or verification codes.
